The situation of women in India:
countries like India, where women idols are worshiped as a symbol of purity,
grace, power, and supremacy, women are seen to be facing the fear of survival
with dignity since long back. Discrimination, gender inequality, rape, sexual
assaults, molestation, workplace harassment, eve-teasing, and what not is seen
to be happening around the nation in the current picture. But can anyone justify
why is all this happening….?? WHY..?
And the tradition calls women to be weak… facing menstruation pain for a week
every month makes women weak? or giving birth to a new life makes them
What actually terms them weak is the society they dwell in. In some families’ right from the day a girl is born, she is treated as a liability, not equal to a boy child only because of the long persistent dowry tradition in India.
Turning back the pages of history, can anyone say Why was the Parda system prevailing only for ladies and not men?
Why a woman was burnt alive if her husband died? Why were males not
expected to do the same..??

She is a Woman, she is a Mother, she is a Daughter, she is a Wife, she is a Sister. Respect Female.

Why is rape used as a threat to silence women, even on social media?
Coming back to the current scenario, a special thanks to being given to social media
platforms for being immensely helpful in easing human life. But what about
abiding the netiquettes…?
Everyone and anyone is allowed to access social media platforms for whatsoever
reason. Wow, how liberal is that.
A 16-year-old teenager gives a rape threat to a world-famous cricketer’s daughter
(who happens to be just a 6-year-old kid) on social platforms, all because of the
cricketer’s not so good performance in the game. I mean why the hell can
someone rape threat a child??
Why are these teenagers so sadistic and aggressive? Why is this agony not used
positively? Why is rape considered to be so easy going word? Why is it considered
The right to speech and freedom of expression does not strictly mean that any
individual is allowed to disgrace the existence or survival of any other being. This implies the freedom granted is always taken otherwise. In this case, the cricketer took the call for her daughter’s dignity and the boy got arrested. But, what about the non-famous faces who face the same?
- Everyone is it at fault in one or the other way,
- Parents need to stop discrimination among kids for a better upbringing Kids should be taught to respect the opposite gender with all the courtesy
- Teenagers should focus on managing these anger issues and use their energy
- Social netiquettes should be strictly abided.
- Cybercrime management shall be taken into consideration by the authorities
with due care.
“NOT BEING BIASED,
TEACH YOUR CHILD TO BEHAVE RIGHT
NO MATTER WHO THEY MEET,
IT WILL TURN INTO A SOCIAL DELIGHT”
Respect is mutual and is earned; you need to work for it
Not all boys are bad and not all girls are good, exceptions exist everywhere. But
mutual consideration is all that it takes.
“ Rape is one of the most terrible crimes on earth and it happens every few minutes. The problem with groups who deal with rape is that they try to educate women about how to defend themselves. What really needs to be done is teaching men not to rape. Go to the source and start there. ”
– Kurt Cobain
